So anyways…… it’s high time we start with this review! So this book – The Secrets of Vesuvius by Caroline Lawrence – comes after The Thieves of Ostia. This book is about where Flavia, Jonathan, Nubia, Lupus, Mordacaie, Marcus and Flavius geminus (Flavia’s father) travel to Pompeii and they do not know that MOUNT VESUVIUS is GONNA BLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH) And the animals dream of IMPENDING DOOM! At the end of the book Admiral Pliny dies DIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh sorry about The DIE!!!!!!!!!!!! part but hey I’m creative and good news everybody! Everyone survives the volcano!!!!!!!! I mean Flavia, Jonathan, Nubia, Lupus and Mordacaie survive!

This book The Land of Stories – The Enchantress Returns is awesome. I read it like five times right there! So anyway, it’s about where Alexandra and Conner Bailey need to go back to the Land of Stories because this time their mother has been kidnapped by the evil enchantress/Maleficent and they need some help from their old friends Goldilocks, Jack, Red Riding Hood and Froggy/Charlie Charming. So they make an airship to get the belongings of the most hated people in the history of fairy tales and if they get them all they can make the wand of wonderment which they use to kill the enchantress. Because she is so old she dies – she’s really, really, really, really old.

This book – The Land of Stories – is about where Conner and Alexandra Bailey get their Grandma’s treasured FAIRY TALES book and (this is extremely cool) the book teleports them to the Land of Stories where fairy tales are REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But they need to get back to their world… but first they MUST collect 8 items for the wishing spell but……. the evil queen wants to free her fiance (Mira) so they’re on the run from the Huntsman’s daughter. By the way the evil queen is not like “I will poison Snow White again” HAHAHAHA.

Hey what’s going on guys? It’s August and welcome back to another review by actionpackedbb.com. Watch the videos because – seriously – they’re very good. I’ve even watched them myself and THEY’RE GOOD!

This book – Hook’s Revenge – is about a girl named Jocelyn Hook, daughter of Captain James Hook. He gets eaten by the crocodile, along with his hand, and he sent a note to Jocelyn that says “kill the crocodile!” Jocelyn says “OK” and goes to The Neverland and kills the crocodile and has a battle with another pirate. Peter Pan helps her. People who would like this book probably like pirates, and of course ACTION.

Hey what’s going on guys it’s August and welcome back to actionpackedBB.com.  I hope you guys enjoyed the videos because you won’t see a series like this anywhere else. I’ve done a little work off camera – I did a review without posting it but hey i was in the Bahamas because literally we had so much SNOW!  This book(Hatchet) is about where this boy named Brian goes on a flight to see his father but… the pilot has a heart attack and he (Brian not the pilot) is stranded in the woods for 54 days with no Minecraft (I would literally go crazy but the pilot like gets his head eaten).

REVIEW: El Deafo by Cece Bell

Hey guys – This is another review brought to you by actionpackedbb.com – El Deafo by Cece Bell. This book is new at the library and it’s about a deaf kid who wears this thing called the Phonic Ear. The Phonic Ear comes with a microphone and Cece can hear her teacher when she talks through the microphone. Cece can hear her in the classroom but she can also hear her in the teachers’ lounge and EVEN in the BATHROOM!!!!!!!!!!! (that’s so cool – I wish I could do that). She also thinks of herself as having superpowers – she is EL DEAFO!
